End-to-end recruitment for technical, operational and leadership roles. From job scoping to final selection, we manage the entire process with precision and sector-specific insight.
Confidential, research-led search for the leaders who set direction for NGOs, INGOs and donor-funded programs. Recruitment aligned with U.S. government rules, now largely managed through the State Department, and with the requirements of other donors: cooperative agreements, contracts, key personnel approvals, biodata and salary history, and audit-ready documentation. We’ve worked under these rules since the USAID years and keep pace as they change.
Rapid staffing support for new awards, surge needs, humanitarian deployments and time-sensitive program launches, plus interim leaders and right-sized teams for organizations restructuring after funding changes.
Specialized recruitment for roles such as:
Building long-term pools of pre-qualified candidates for recurring or anticipated roles across your portfolio.
Strong proposals need strong named candidates. We find and vet key personnel for your bid, prepare CVs in the donor’s required format, collect signed letters of commitment and biodata forms, and keep candidates engaged and informed until the award decision, so your team is ready to mobilize on day one.
We recruit people who have done the work in the field, not just on paper.

We ask referees directly about conduct and safeguarding, and we support clients who use the inter-agency Misconduct Disclosure Scheme to check a candidate’s history with previous employers.
We assess candidates only on job-relevant skills and experience, never on gender, race, religion, nationality, disability, age or other personal characteristics. Our AI tools follow the same rule, and a person makes every decision.
We actively search for national professionals and leaders, supporting the localization commitments of our clients and their donors.
Candidates never pay us a fee. We share a CV with an employer only with the candidate’s permission, and we keep candidates informed at every stage.
CVs are stored securely with access limited to our recruitment team, and we delete a candidate’s data whenever they ask. Read our privacy notice.

We work on contingency: you pay only when you hire a candidate we introduced. The fee is a percentage of the hire’s first-year base salary, agreed in writing before we start. For larger or multi-role projects, we can agree an arrangement that fits your budget.
If a candidate we placed leaves or is let go within 90 days of starting, we run a replacement search at no extra fee.
Most clients receive a shortlist within 2–3 weeks. Surge hiring and proposal deadlines can move faster. Executive and board-level searches usually take longer because the assessment goes deeper.

Write a clear level for each language: native, fluent, professional working, or basic. If you’ve taken a formal test, include the score.
Recruiters and screening tools look for the must-haves in the job description. Use the same terms where they honestly describe your experience, for example “MEL” or “sub-award management”.
Development CVs are usually longer than corporate resumes. Keep the last 10–15 years detailed and summarize earlier roles. Some donors require their own CV format for key personnel; we’ll tell you when that applies.
Use clear headings, standard fonts and no photos, tables or text boxes. Simple layouts read correctly in applicant tracking systems. Send PDF unless Word is requested.
